Our Story

From an early age, my passion for baking was evident (by the messes I made on the floor!). Growing up, you're taught not to play with your food; I did the exact opposite! Any time my mother was in the kitchen, I was right there beside her.


My passion grew, and as an adult, and I was determined to bake cakes for special occasions as more than just a hobby. With the support of my family, I enrolled in numerous cake and candy courses in the Spring of 2009. After getting through the sessions, it opened up a whole new world of baking opportunities. As I continue my education through schooling and classes, I am continually striving to perfect my techniques; bringing your vision to life through the medium of baked goods. Also, if you look close enough, you will find that some of the methods I use are an exclusive Monarch Baker secret!

We are BIG on giving back to the community. Every October, we donate to an organization of our choice, recognizing them on what they do. We're also a Sugar Angel for Icing Smiles, a nonprofit organization that provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child.
